Description
Tesamorelin 10 mg is offered by SARMs Revolution Lab for laboratory research and analytical work in Canada. Tesamorelin is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). This page distinguishes published drug evidence from the independent evaluation required for a commercial research vial.

What is Tesamorelin?
Tesamorelin is a 44-amino-acid GHRH analogue studied for its interaction with the GHRH receptor and downstream growth-hormone and IGF-1 signalling. Controlled clinical trials have evaluated a regulated tesamorelin formulation in a narrow medical population: adults living with HIV who had excess visceral abdominal fat.
Those trials do not establish tesamorelin as a general fat-loss, bodybuilding, anti-aging or recovery product. Population, formulation, dose, medical supervision and outcome definitions all matter when interpreting the evidence.
What does published Tesamorelin research show?
A randomized placebo-controlled study of 404 participants reported changes in visceral adipose tissue during treatment and also documented that the effect was lost after treatment stopped. That evidence concerns a regulated clinical protocol, not this 10 mg research vial. It cannot be converted into a promise about physique, performance or an individual outcome.
Laboratory research may examine receptor binding, peptide stability, GHRH signalling and analytical identity. This page does not provide dosage, reconstitution, injection or treatment instructions.
Evidence and regulatory limits in Canada
Drug authorization is product- and indication-specific. Researchers should verify any Canadian Drug Identification Number and approved product monograph rather than relying on a compound name. A research-use label is not a substitute for regulatory authorization or professional medical oversight.
Tesamorelin 10 mg frequently asked questions
How much Tesamorelin is supplied?
The SRL listing identifies one 10 mg vial. Review the vial label and available batch documentation.
Is this vial equivalent to a prescription Tesamorelin product?
No equivalence should be assumed. Authorized products have defined formulation, manufacturing, labelling and clinical-use requirements.
What pathway is Tesamorelin associated with?
The literature describes GHRH-receptor signalling followed by changes in endogenous GH and IGF-1. Mechanism does not by itself prove a clinical benefit.
Does Tesamorelin research prove general weight loss?
No. Key trials focused on visceral abdominal fat in a specific HIV-associated condition and should not be generalized to ordinary weight loss or athletic use.
Does this page provide a protocol?
No. It does not provide dosage, reconstitution, administration or treatment advice.
Where can related research products be reviewed?
See the Ipamorelin research page and the SRL peptide category. Related links do not imply that products should be combined.
