We do not offer refunds on purchases made at www.sarmsrevolutionlab.com/ca unless we have made a mistake in shipment or there is proof that the purity of a product is not as specified on the site. Refunds will only be issued after the items have been returned to us at buyer’s expense. We are extra cautious as these are research items and we cannot determine the conditions that they are subjected to once shipped. In the event that we receive a refund request for a shipment which we have not yet packed, we will refund the amount at the cost of $50 per transaction to cover our merchant costs. If a product is missing from your order, then please contact us and once we verify the legitimacy of the claim, we will send the missing item to you. All orders are documented and are photographed prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.

International customers need to ensure that all peptides and research chemicals are legal for importation PRIOR to ordering. Once the order has left our premises we cannot be held responsible for customs hold ups or seizures and do not offer refund in any such cases. Clearing Customs is the customer’s responsibility and we will not be liable for any charges or delays incurred as a course of this process. Customer further warrants that they will not request a refund or issue a chargeback on these grounds.

Personal details such as your name, address or purchase history are not viewable by any one other than yourself.
